Cemetery BoardsBoard members make recommendations regarding their parish's cemetery. The boards plan and coordinate improvements, and work with the business managers on the upkeep of the grounds to enhance the beautiful setting of the main cemetery and the day-to-day operations of their facilities.
Volunteers also are needed to assist with spring and fall cleanups as well as for landscaping and maintenance issues throughout the year.

Communications TeamSt. paul parishCommunication team members assist with taking photos, editing, and creating the layouts of our parishes' bulletins and newsletters. Volunteers are also needed to assist with maintaining social media and the combined parish website.

Heavenly DustersSt paul parish
The Heavenly Dusters Ministry consists of five groups of volunteers who enhance the beauty and cleanliness of the church. Each group works one week a month (5th group volunteers once a quarter), cleaning twice that week. Substitute volunteers are also needed to help when necessary. All parishioners are invited to help with the annual deep cleaning of the church during the summer.

Landscape Teamst paul parish
This ministry works to enhance the landscaping of our church, shrine (West Main Street), and cemetery. Volunteers plant flowers, pull weeds, trim trees, and rake leaves throughout the year.

Maintenance Boards
St. Anthony Parish
The purpose of the St. Anthony Maintenance Committee is to make sure that all of the facilities and maintenance items in the parish are being addressed or covered by someone, whether paid or volunteers. This includes: routine and preventive maintenance, upgrades, capital investments, and grounds-keeping. Members assign the responsibility to someone who the office management or other committee member can call if there is a problem. They are also responsible, along with the office management, to keep a preferred list of vendors used and reliable, in compliance with the Diocese of Toledo. The committee is an advisory board to the pastor on major projects and will get bids. The committee has the option to do the work themselves or make recommendations as to who can do the work.
The committee consists of around seven members through a process of appointment or volunteering. All are responsible to help out where they can, helping get issues tracked down and other responsibilities. Greg StollSt. Mary Maintenance Board Members of the St. Mary Maintenance Board coordinate and plan activities surrounding the maintenance of the properties of the parish. This ministry monitors the condition of the physical environment and advises the pastor and Finance Committee. This committee functions as a resource for general repairs and saves the parish money by performing repairs and projects instead of hiring others to do them whenever possible. It helps to coordinate and plan capital expenditures.St. Mary Maintenance Board Members:

St. Paul Maintenance Board members advise the pastor and business manager on decisions regarding major repairs, large maintenance improvement projects, and preventative maintenance for the church, school, and other parish facilities.
Jesus Patrol is a group of parishioners who are willing to do a variety of jobs around the campus. They have painted, helped with event set-up, and moved just about everything!
