Kathleen McKinney

Business Manager

Kathleen McKinney is the Business Manager for St Paul parish. She grew up in Milan, graduating from Edison High School, and after college enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. She met her husband Rick while at school in Quantico, VA, and they lived in California and North Carolina before moving back to this area with their four children in 1997. In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids, playing and working outdoors, and reading. She has worked for the parish in various roles since 1999 and is happy to help you with parish matters related to finances, facilities, and cemetery operations.
